About me

Brittany Stinson, MSA, is a speaker, ​operational strategist, and ​cofounder of Seeding Greatness. ​Struggling to find herself in ​college, Brittany overcame ​alcoholism and unhealthy ​relationships, and went on to build ​a movement of leaders impacting ​the world with their stories. ​Brittany has worked with a diverse ​portfolio of clients, ranging from ​solopreneurs and student leaders ​to hospitals with $500 million ​salary budgets. When she isn’t ​working, Brittany enjoys working ​out and spending quality time with ​her husband and four children ​(preferably on a beach ​somewhere).

Growth (infinite ascent): Who we are today will not be who we are tomorrow. We are dedicated and intentional about our personal and ​professional growth. Our life, our legacy and the people we are called to impact depends on our willingness and commitment to the ​infinite ascent.

Spiritual alignment: We believe we are spiritual beings having a human experience, and regardless of religious preference or lack there of ​this belief is inherently true for all humanity. Therefore, spiritual alignment is when our thoughts and actions are in alignment with God. We ​recognize this alignment often transcends emotions or our own human understanding. We follow our gut, trust our instincts, walk by faith ​and surround ourselves with godly people who will hold us to this standard.

Community: We Know we are far better together than we are apart. We value diverse perspectives and the collective genius that happens ​when people from various walks of life come together for a comment purpose. Therefore we intentionally connect with, serve and build ​community both locally and globally.

Generosity: We believe giving is one of the most powerful things we can do as divine beings. We give, sacrificially, of our time, money, ​energy, and relationships to serve the greater good. While our hearts give without expectation to “get” anything, we know it’s impossible to ​give without receiving. As our Founder frequently says: “You always reap what you sow. But, not always from where you sowed.”
